To answer your request and prepare your quote. Legal basis: the pre-contractual steps you request and your consent.

Who has access

Fabrice Raffo and, if your project requires it, the partner workshop in charge of production. Your data is never sold or transferred. It is hosted in France.

How long

Three years after our last exchange, then it is deleted.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability: write to f.raffo@ysun-consulting.com. Reply within one month. You may also contact the CNIL (cnil.fr), the French data protection authority.
